For individual and small-business customers we have developed an array of service offerings to meet your technology challenges. Our focus is on working with you to address your immediate and ongoing needs.

Our portfolio of user services includes:

• Secure (SSL) web-based email access (Web Mail) [Access Web Mail] 
  For either occasional or day-to-day use, from work or when you’re away from your desk, our web-based email system is a great way to send and receive email. And to help ensure that checking your email is secure we employ 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to keep your messages private while in our care.
• Email accounts complete with SPAM filtering and aliases
  Using the latest in industry standard messaging systems, we couple reliable POP and IMAP email services with powerful SPAM filtering and custom email ‘aliases’ to provide a feature-rich email experience tailored to fit.
• Shell accounts
  Some users want to really dig in, so we provide shell account access. With a full complement of command-line utilities and editors, experienced users can enjoy the benefits and capabilities of a UNIX shell environment.
• Personal Web Pages
  For delivering information or pure entertainment, we provide personal web page facilities. With generous storage limits and robust server-side capabilities, you personal web page can be nearly anything you can imagine.
• Custom PC Sales
  We will build one or more custom PCs to your exacting hardware and software specifications. If you don’t know what you want out of your next computer let us discuss what your likely use of a new computer will be and we can advise you how to get the best bang for your buck out of a new computer. We build-to-order systems using name brand industry standard components and, in the unlikely event a problem occurs, we honor the full manufacturer’s warranty on all parts while providing 1 year free labor on any warranty work. (Cost-Plus pricing is available for some customers.)
• PC Troubleshooting and Repair
  Having a problem with your PC? We can help. Whether helping you through difficulties over the phone, navigating issues by email, or providing on-site assistance, we can identify and fix most computer problems – hardware and software alike.
• PC Hardware and Software Upgrades
  Planning to upgrade to the latest version of Windows? Time to beef up your system to run the latest games and applications? We offer a full range of hardware and software upgrade services.
• Custom PC Modification
  For those who want their computers to look as fast as they run we offer special engagement PC modification services. Choosing from custom paint jobs, effects lighting, custom cooling, and window installation, your computer can look the part of the mean computing machine you know it is!
• One-on-one technical training
